Matchtech is seeking a skilled Marine Data Specialist to join our team in London. As a Marine Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in collecting and analysing metocean data for offshore wind farm design and operations.

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and analysing metocean data from various sources.
  • Using advanced software and modelling tools to interpret data and provide key inputs for offshore wind farm structures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Oceanography, Meteorology, Marine Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in metocean data collection and analysis, ideally in offshore wind.
  • Proficiency with metocean modelling tools, such as WAMIT or MIKE 21.
