About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marine Operations Manager to lead our marine warranty surveying team in London. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our marine warranty surveying activities, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine operations, with experience in heavy lift, DP, anchor handling, offshore construction, and decommissioning. You will also have excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the marine warranty surveying team, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve our marine operations, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • To collaborate with our naval architects and structural engineers to provide marine advisory services
  • To conduct site inspections and vessel surveys, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for enhancement
  • To develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
