Job Title: Brand Manager - Global Franchise Strategy & Management

Hasbro, a leading toy and game company, is seeking a Brand Manager to drive global franchise development, planning, and activation for Peppa Pig within the Preschool portfolio. The successful candidate will lead and influence cross-functional internal and external teams to plan, support, and execute cohesive and impactful franchise initiatives to grow the Peppa Pig franchise across key categories and regions globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual franchise plans and activations based on key franchise strategies, consumer insights, and content strategies.
  • Lead delivery and activation of franchise content streams, including Music, Publishing, and Audio, and partner with Digital Content teams to drive delivery of YouTube Originals and Apps/Gaming content.
  • Ensure brand identity, tone of voice, and global brand positioning is adhered to and oversee creation of brand assets in partnership with Brand Creative team.
  • Pitch and partner with internal and external teams to align on and activate the global franchise strategy.
  • Be across brand tracking, industry, and consumer research initiatives to ensure the latest data and insights are in hand and helping to drive strategy, planning, and activation.
Key Competencies/Experience:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Previous franchise management experience (3-5 years+) for a successful global consumer franchise.
  • Excellent project managing skills, highly proactive, able to juggle priorities/meet tight deadlines, and demonstrated ability to lead others.
  • Thorough understanding of global market trends and awareness of the nuances of each territory.
  • Demonstrated Business/Financial Acumen.
  • Able to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive decision-making.
  • First-rate presentation skills.
  • Highly resourceful, tenacious, and able to work autonomously.
  • Ability to stay 'cool' when the pressure is on.
  • Results-oriented while demonstrating ability for innovative risk-taking.
  • Excellent use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
