Job Title: Addiction Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Addiction Support Specialist to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will provide support and guidance to individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction in the West Midlands.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the substance misuse field, awareness of health issues related to substance misuse, and expertise in key working and care planning. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of 40-60 service users, providing screening, assessment, and recovery plans, as well as delivering one-to-one interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
  • Support individuals from Point of Entry
  • Provide screening, assessment, and recovery plans
  • Deliver one-to-one interventions

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
