About the Role:

The Head of People Experience will play a key part in building a culture and employee experience at Nacro that is worthy of the impact our people make for our service users and students every day.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our transformational journey and oversee our People Operations and Advisory service to our dispersed organisation of c. 1000 people.

As Head of People Experience, you will lead major projects to transform the employment experience as part of our transformation.

About Nacro:

Nacro works with some of the most marginalised people in society, in desperate need of a second chance: young people who are not in education or employment; adults and families facing housing insecurity and homelessness, often because of complex needs such as mental ill-health, addiction/substance misuse, a background of abuse, trauma or relationship breakdown; and people who have been involved in the criminal justice system.

As part of our People and Organisation Development team, you will be working closely with a new Director of People and Culture to achieve our mission.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £58,365 per annum, 35 hours per week (plus 5 hours paid lunch breaks), and a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our service users.

Our People and Organisation Development team are on a transformational journey to become more professional, data-driven/evidence-based/insight-led and an outcome focused strategic partner to our management colleagues.
