About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Resident Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents. This includes managing service charges, overseeing tenant and property management, and working closely with the Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing service charges, including budget planning, tracking expenses, and ensuring transparent reporting.
  • Overseeing tenant and property management, ensuring all residences are well-maintained, comfortable, and safe for inhabitants.
  • Working closely with the Compliance Officer to meet and uphold legal and organizational standards.
  • Providing skill-based support to the team, offering relief and guidance on housing benefit processes, claim support, and tenant advocacy.
  • Identifying Training Needs, assessing training needs within the team, and developing a structured plan to address these through tailored training programs.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in housing management, ideally within services focused on domestic abuse survivors and mother & baby programs. Strong leadership abilities, in-depth understanding of housing regulations, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to properties and partner locations are essential.
