About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Estate & Facilities team as a CAFM and Estates Systems Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our Estates Information systems, ensuring patient safety, compliance, and effective service delivery.

An estimated salary for this position in Hinchingbrooke, UK is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing and developing our Estates Information systems, including externally hosted systems such as Planet & Micad, and locally managed systems & databases.
  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Estate & Facilities systems and providing guidance and training to staff.
  • Ensuring patient safety, compliance, and effective service delivery by maintaining accurate records and following established procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in computer technology systems.
  • Specialist knowledge and experience in the use of CAFM/Asset Management reporting systems.
  • Experience with performing various work activities which may be of a complex, demanding, routine or nonroutine nature.
  • Demonstrable experience of standard software programmes such as Microsoft Office Suite of products to include Excel and PowerPoint.
