Tenancy and Estate Manager

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills to fill the role of Community Housing Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing tenancies and estates, ensuring high standards of housing and community services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out tenancy reviews and property inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Working with your team to develop and implement neighbourhood and continuous improvement plans.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar or administrative role, good communication skills, and previous experience in a customer-facing role.
