Specialist Support Worker Drivers Required

We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide high-quality support to vulnerable adults in our care services.

About the role:

  • Deliver person-centred care to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of care and support provided, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement individualised support plans tailored to each service user's needs.
  2. Participate in community activities and social events with service users, enhancing their engagement and inclusion.
  3. Support with daily tasks, personal care, and hygiene, respecting service users' autonomy and dignity.

Estimated salary range: Based on location and experience, an estimated annual salary is approximately £24,000 - £30,000.
