About the Role

This exciting opportunity supports our Sports & Entertainment (S&E) business and involves handling claims from inception to resolution. You'll work closely with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless administration of claims, adhering to regulatory requirements and maintaining an exceptional service level.



Key Responsibilities


  • Create comprehensive claims documents and manage client claims and settlements
  • Present claims to underwriters, addressing queries, providing feedback, and responding to clients, insurers, and relevant departments
  • Review and prepare correspondence related to notifications and claims to ensure products and cover meet client risk requirements, business objectives, and compliance necessities
  • Keep clients and insurers informed of developments regarding notifications and claims, collaborating with third parties as necessary
  • Investigate and resolve queries from clients, following them through to resolution and keeping all parties informed
  • Develop strong relationships and negotiate with markets to achieve the best outcome for clients
  • Maintain delegated authority contracts effectively and cost-efficiently


What We're Looking For


  • Significant previous claims experience, with liability, personal accident, or property experience being highly advantageous
  • A good understanding of insurance principles
  • Strong knowledge of claims-handling processes
  • An understanding of broking and underwriting processes
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Able to work flexibly to meet tight deadlines and targets
  • Able to build sustainable relationships
