Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at NHS Staffordshire & Stoke On Trent Integrated Care Board.

This is a permanent position with a salary of £105,385 - £121,271 per year.

The successful candidate will be based in Stoke-on-Trent ST1 3RD.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead the implementation of national guidelines and ensure the effectiveness and quality of services across the health community meet quality standards.
  • To have an advanced understanding of management and strategic roles within local strategic structures.
  • To possess capacity and capability to move between strategic and operational focus on subject area.
  • To have advanced understanding of curriculum planning and effective delivery of training.
  • To undertake peer review locally, which may include working with local Provider trusts.
  • To demonstrate a strong interest in improving the experience and care of vulnerable and abused children at both a population and individual level.
  • To be able to interpret and translate National and ICB priorities for the broader organisation and partners.
  • To have ability to challenge constructively.
  • To possess capacity and capability to make things happen.
  • To maintain sufficient active clinical practice to ensure sufficient competencies for this post and fulfill medical revalidation requirements.
