Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to our team, including managing office supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating meetings and events. * Assist with procurement and payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. * Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital. * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives. Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
