Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legislative and regulatory compliance, as well as experience working with laboratories for testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate product legal and regulatory compliance processes across the MillerKnoll collective
  • Identify risks and update or draft product compliance policies/procedures to ensure a robust compliance program
  • Develop and/or update processes to support the identification, analysis, and dissemination of new and emerging product compliance laws, regulations, and governance matters
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization and outside vendors to inform on company standards and applicable regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Legislative and regulatory compliance experience
  • Familiarity with use of laboratories for testing
  • Knowledge of chemical constituents is a plus
  • Product compliance and/or furniture industry experience is a plus

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
  • Full-time position with regular employee status
