">Nursing Role Overview
">We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at one of our care homes. As a nurse with HC-One, you will have the opportunity to build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our residents at a time of their life when they may feel most vulnerable, guiding and supporting them in life-changing decisions.

Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you must possess:

- A valid UK NMC Pin registration.">
- Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.">
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards governing care provision.">
