This role is part of the Community Treatment and Care Service, which provides accessible, high-quality, culturally sensitive treatment room services to individuals within a primary care setting.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively under the remit of the Community Treatment and Care services (CTAC) and assist in skilled clinical interventions and the implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for patients and their carers. You will support the Community Treatment Room Nursing Staff/District Nurse or their deputy to deliver safe and effective patient care within a community/clinic setting, mainly without direct supervision.

The post holder will work flexibly in terms of location geographically within the HSCP to support other areas of teams working within the local CTAC/District Nursing service. It is desirable that you have an SVQ Level 3 in healthcare or equivalent experience and are a car driver.

A clean, current full driving licence is required.

Part time-permanent post 4 days a week (29.6 Hours weekly).
