About the Role
The Harmony Trust is seeking two motivated and experienced Speech, Language & Communication Therapy Practitioners to join our Inclusion Service in Derby. We are looking for individuals who share our vision and values, and are committed to ensuring our staff, pupils, and families meet their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with our Speech and Language Therapist(s) to advise on effective environments and develop staff CPD packages.
- Provide specific support for individual pupils following assessment by the Speech and Language Therapist.
- Lead and develop others, with high expectations of achievement.
- Support the Trust Inclusion Service with expertise and experience of inclusion and supporting vulnerable families.
- Work at both an operational and strategic level within the organisation.
