Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with our Speech and Language Therapist(s) to advise on effective environments and develop staff CPD packages.
  • Provide specific support for individual pupils following assessment by the Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Lead and develop others, with high expectations of achievement.
  • Support the Trust Inclusion Service with expertise and experience of inclusion and supporting vulnerable families.
  • Work at both an operational and strategic level within the organisation.
