About the Role

The Harmony Trust is seeking two experienced Speech, Language & Communication Therapy Practitioners to join our Inclusion Service in Derby. We are looking for motivated and passionate professionals who share our vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with our Speech and Language Therapist(s) to advise on effective environments and develop staff CPD packages.
  • Provide specific support for individual pupils following assessment by the Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Lead and develop others to ensure our staff, pupils, and families meet their potential.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with children and knowledge of SEND.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and lead others.
  • Dynamic, motivated, and creative with excellent communication skills.
  • High expectations of achievement and the expertise to support the Trust Inclusion Service.
