Speech and Language Therapist Lead Vacancy


We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to take on the role of Lead in our Inclusion Service. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team and contribute to the development of our academies.


About the Role


The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Speech and Language Therapy team, providing expert advice and guidance to staff and pupils, and developing and implementing effective strategies to support pupils with special educational needs.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the Speech and Language Therapy team, providing strategic direction and guidance
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support pupils with special educational needs
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to staff and pupils
  • Work closely with the Head of Inclusion and Trust Leader Complex SEND to implement the hub vision
  • Collaborate with external agencies to provide support and resources for pupils and staff
