Job Title: Lead Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our Inclusion Service as a Lead Speech and Language Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity to shape cross-services collaboration and develop academy-based staff to be Communication Champions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have high expectations of achievement, attainment, and behavior, and will be an excellent Speech and Language Therapist with potential to develop further in the Trust. They will lead by example, inspiring and motivating children and colleagues, and have a commitment to supporting and developing the learning of pupils with SEND.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of academy-based staff to be Communication Champions
  • Provide specific support for individual pupils
  • Advise on effective environments and develop staff CPD packages
  • Participate in the Inclusion Service Strategic Leadership Team
