Your Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our luxury cruises to customers in the EMEA region, building strong relationships with them, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote our luxury cruises to direct customers in the EMEA region through targeted marketing campaigns and sales outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional customer service, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Cultivate leads and prospects to identify travel opportunities and recommend suitable luxury cruise options.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our luxury cruises, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
  • Attend daily team meetings and sales training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and company updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with global travel destinations an asset but not required.
  • GCSEs or equivalent required, post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and multitask efficiently.
