Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Manager to join our production site in Cannock. This role is responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems, policies, and standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. They will monitor production processes, evaluate products for defects or deviations, and collaborate with department leaders to establish quality assurance standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing quality control systems and standards
- Monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Evaluating production and supplier goods for any defects or deviations
- Collaborating with other department leaders to establish quality assurance standards and objectives
About the Role:
This is a key role in conducting audits and inspections to assess and identify compliance gaps and non-conformities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating and leading training sessions to educate employees on quality control measures.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have experience as a Quality Manager within an engineering production environment or be a quality supervisor looking to step into your first Quality Manager role.
