Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team and help us drive quality excellence across our production site in Cannock.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems, policies and standards, and monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

This includes evaluating production and supplier goods for any defects or deviations, collaborating with other department leaders to establish quality assurance standards and objectives, and conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have experience working as a Quality Manager within an engineering production environment or be a quality supervisor looking to step into your first Quality Manager role.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £45-50k basic + bonus + range of benefits after qualifying period such as Private Healthcare, Life Insurance and full sickness pay.
