Specialist SEN Teacher

We are seeking an exceptional Specialist SEN Teacher to join our team at Longdon Hall School.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education services, planning and delivering engaging lessons, and promoting the physical, educational and moral development of students.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including life assurance, pension scheme options, wellbeing support services, and physical health checks.
Job Responsibilities: As a Specialist SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of students with social, emotional and mental health needs.
- Providing high-quality education services that promote the physical, educational and moral development of students.
- Working closely with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience working with students with social, emotional and mental health needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
