Aspire People is seeking a passionate and experienced Primary SEN Teacher to join our team in Cannock.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with children with complex needs, including SEMH, Autism, trauma-related challenges, PMLD, and SLD.

About the Role:
  • Design and deliver tailored learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support for each child's development.
  • Identify and address any areas of concern, ensuring each child receives the best possible care.

About You:
  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Has 6 months + UK experience teaching
  • Has experience working with children with SEN, particularly SEMH, Autism, Trauma, PMLD, or SLD
  • Is skilled in managing challenging behavior and building positive relationships
