Teacher Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Teacher Support Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
Expected salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
Main responsibilities:
- Providing support to class teachers with lesson planning, delivery, and assessment.
- Working closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Contributing to the development of individualised learning plans for pupils.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths, and Science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with SEN needs.
- Experience working within the education sector.
