We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Primary SEN Teacher to join our team at Aspire People in Cannock.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with complex needs, including SEMH, Autism, trauma-related challenges, PMLD, and SLD.

  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of specialists, teaching assistants, and parents to support holistic development.
  • Monitor and celebrate progress, ensuring each child feels valued and accomplished.

About You:
  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Has 6 months + UK experience teaching
  • Has experience working with children with SEN, particularly SEMH, Autism, Trauma, PMLD, or SLD
  • Is skilled in managing challenging behavior and building positive relationships
