Job Description

The Senior Quality Control Manager role at Scarlet Selection involves overseeing the development and implementation of quality control systems, policies, and standards. This position requires strong leadership skills to monitor production processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and Implementing Quality Control Systems: Design and implement effective quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintaining Production Standards: Monitor production processes to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with other department leaders to establish quality assurance standards and objectives, and coordinate training sessions to educate employees on quality control measures.
  • Quality Performance Analysis: Review and analyse quality performance data to identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have experience working as a Quality Manager in an engineering production environment or be a quality supervisor looking to step into your first Quality Manager role. A salary of £45,000 basic + bonus + range of benefits after qualifying period such as Private Healthcare, Life Insurance and full sickness pay is offered for this position.
