Job Purpose: To manage key accounts and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement customer business plans to achieve sales and volume targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management and business development.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the food and drink industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
