Job Title: Repairs Commercial Officer
Location: Central London
Reports to: Repairs Manager / Commercial Manager
Salary: £38,000 - £43,000
Contract Type: Permanent

Job Purpose:

Alliance Search is recruiting for a Repairs Commercial Officer who will play a key role in managing the financial and commercial aspects of the organization's repairs and maintenance services for a leading housing association. This position is responsible for:

  • Managing the financial aspects of repairs and maintenance services, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of repairs and maintenance services.
  • Collaborating with the Repairs Manager and Commercial Manager to ensure alignment with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including housing association staff and residents.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong commercial and financial management skills, with experience in managing budgets and costs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the housing association sector and the challenges faced by repairs and maintenance services.
