Your new company: A leading manufacturer with a strong reputation for excellence is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Logistics and Customer Services Apprentice.

Your new role:

  • Process import and export orders with precision and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve seamless logistics operations
  • Develop a deep understanding of customs processes and procedures
  • Work closely with 3rd party logistics providers to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Collect and verify batch-specific paperwork for export processes
  • Update and maintain accurate stock reconciliations
  • Learn and master the dispatching process to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Enter and update data onto a computer system, ensuring stock availability and accurate product dispatch
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to resolve queries and concerns
  • Support and assist colleagues in the department as needed

Levels of responsibility:

  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Take ownership of the accuracy and integrity of the Log
  • Coordinate data across the team to ensure seamless operations
