We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit all stock and inventory movements in and out of multiple production facilities.
- Supervise logistics operations on behalf of a multi-site, multi-functional manufacturing business.
- Perform numerical responsibilities including stock reconciliations, purchase and invoice ledgers, bookkeeping, and stock retracing.
- Communicate logistics issues to stakeholders within the business.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
