We are seeking a skilled Logistics Administrator to join our team at Permanent Futures. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing stock and inventory movements, reconciling stock levels, and maintaining accurate records. They will also communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Stock reconciliations and inventory management
  • Purchase and invoice ledgers, bookkeeping, and stock retracing
  • Effective communication of logistics issues to stakeholders
