Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at DMR Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building
  • Work closely with the Client and Business Development Director to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present pitches to clients, showcasing our services and expertise
  • Monitor and develop the opportunity pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion
  • Support client onboarding and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a digital or PPC or Google Analytics space
  • Proven track record of successfully winning new business and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of the digital and financial sales landscapes
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and events
