About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Professional to join our team at CPI Selection as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SME market-place
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at small to medium-sized businesses
  • Work closely with our marketing team to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through the development of a strong sales pipeline and effective sales execution
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35-36K, plus uncapped commission of £15K + £6K car allowance or company car, and comprehensive benefits. With a clear progression path to Business Development Directors, you will have the opportunity to develop your career and increase your earning potential.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in the digital marketing space
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of the SME market-place and the needs of small to medium-sized businesses
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Onboarding Process

We offer a structured onboarding process, lasting 3 weeks, which includes comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in the role.
