Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at DMR Personnel Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term strategic relationships, and working closely with our client and business development director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities at all stages of the sales cycle
  • Build long-term strategic business relationships
  • Work with our agency creatives to prepare and present pitches
  • Monitor and develop the opportunity pipeline
  • Support client onboarding
  • Proactively assist with marketing communications
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a digital or PPC or Google Analytics space
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Up-to-date market intelligence and experience working with a team of creatives and client service professionals
  • Ability to travel for client meetings in the locality on occasion
