Regional Sales Representative Opportunity

Glen Callum Associates Automotive Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join their successful sales team in the UK. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and expansion in the automotive aftermarket.

About the Role

The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for selling directly to garages and workshops in the East of England, building on the company's double-digit growth over the last 12 months. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic sales professional to thrive in a forward-thinking global organisation that rewards success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement sales activities to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Become an essential member of the UK team, utilising a well-defined sales process, CRM software, regular training, and on-going coaching.
  • Generate leads by visiting garages and workshops in your sales territory, and follow up on leads generated by the Marketing team.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and manage the sales process from trial period to sign-up.
  • Maintain accurate customer records on the company database (MS Dynamics).
  • Attend automotive industry events and trade shows to engage with customers and promote the company's products.
  • Work effectively with the wider sales team, marketing, customer support, and order processing to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a direct or field sales role is essential.
  • Previous knowledge or experience of the automotive aftermarket is preferred.
  • A knowledge of diagnostic tools or automotive technology products is highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable doing product demonstrations with a laptop and experience of Microsoft Office.
  • Happy to work on your own initiative for most of the week, be a self-starter with a passion for sales and achieving and exceeding sales targets.
