Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term plans for workshop operations, including training and development programs for team members.
  • Resource Management: Compile and maintain resource plans for the workshop, ensuring that we have the necessary tools, equipment, and personnel to meet customer demands.
  • Employee Management: Manage, coach, and motivate team members to ensure a high level of productivity and quality of work.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure that all workshop operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, and that quality control measures are in place to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Facilities and Equipment: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of workshop facilities and equipment, ensuring that they are in good working order and meet the needs of our team members and customers.

Requirements:

  • Motor Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the motor industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
