Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term plans for workshop operations, including training and development programs for team members.
- Resource Management: Compile and maintain resource plans for the workshop, ensuring that we have the necessary tools, equipment, and personnel to meet customer demands.
- Employee Management: Manage, coach, and motivate team members to ensure a high level of productivity and quality of work.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure that all workshop operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, and that quality control measures are in place to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
