About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Professional to join our team at CPI Selection as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SME market-place
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at small to medium-sized businesses
  • Work closely with our marketing team to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through the development of strong sales skills and a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Collaborate with our customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new customers
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35-36K, plus uncapped commission and a car allowance or company car. You will also have the opportunity to progress to a Business Development Director role, with a salary of £45-50K and a car allowance or company car, within 12-18 months.

We are committed to providing ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role. Our onboarding process is structured over 3 weeks, and you will have access to a dedicated mentor and a supportive team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
