About the Role

Community Integrated Care is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join the People team on a full-time permanent basis. This role will support the South-Central Region, particularly Oxford and surrounding areas, allowing for flexibility in work location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions on various subjects, including first aid, safeguarding, and positive behavioral support techniques.
  • Work with the regional People team to support the delivery of great learning, either face-to-face or virtually across the region.
  • Run reports and use data to identify trends and forecast needs.
  • Collaborate with local leaders to ensure their team's learning needs are met.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in leading and facilitating training sessions or an NVQ L3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Education or training qualification beneficial (PTTLS, PGCE, Level 3 in Education and Training or similar).
  • Excellent IT skills and a full UK driving license for travel.
