Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Director to lead our manufacturing operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, managing a large cross-functional team, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the manufacturing team, setting clear goals and objectives, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the effective operation of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a large cross-functional team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including engineering, logistics, and project management teams, to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

  • Proven Leadership Experience: A strong track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Manufacturing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, including process automation and digital technology.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
