### Job Description

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing site costs and budgets, providing accurate cost estimates when required, and managing project lifecycle. You will work closely with our team to drive business growth and success.

### Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying on residential development projects;
  • A background as a developer, subcontractor, or main contractor;
  • Degree qualified or equivalent.


### What We Offer

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 + package, performance-related bonuses, private healthcare, car package, and fuel card, and 28 days holiday + Bank holidays. Estimated salary range based on location: £58,750 - £72,500.
