Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Production Professional to join our team at the Inspired Thinking Group (ITG).

This role involves overseeing production, ensuring attention to detail on budgets, crew, and talent, including casting and logistics.

The successful candidate will work alone and in teams across multiple projects, managing timescales and ensuring projects stay within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects, act as team delivery manager, motivator, and problem solver
  • Oversee team members and delegate tasks
  • Manage timescales and ensure projects stay within budget
  • Structure projects and manage efficient processes
  • Liaise with clients and the creative team to ensure smooth projects
  • Have overall responsibility for delivering high-quality work
  • Sign off work and check its quality
  • Identify and solve complex project problems with minimal supervision
  • Build good team culture and morale
  • Look for opportunities to improve team effectiveness and quality
  • Act as team figurehead and ambassador, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About the Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year.
