Project Details

We are currently recruiting for a Site Operations Coordinator to join our planned maintenance team in the Tamworth area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the coordination of Operatives, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers to ensure that quality control and Health and Safety protocols are maintained. You will also be responsible for inputting into and programming the works/short-term programming of works, as well as attending pre- and post-inspection works and advising on appropriate action and job requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines. You will also need to be an effective communicator with a positive and engaging approach to providing site leadership.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
