PROJECT ENGINEER POSITION


We are looking for a skilled Project Engineer to join our team in the Midlands, responsible for coordinating vessel projects from design through to material selection, procurement, and manufacturing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


The Project Engineer will be responsible for assisting with design, drawing, material procurement, and project management. They will work closely with the projects delivery team to ensure quality standards are maintained.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing technical documentation such as weld maps and quality plans.
  • Supporting fabrication facilities.
  • Ensuring effective project management to guarantee quality and delivery.
  • Generating full BOMs using in-house ERP software to support procurement.
  • Creating technical and project documentation.
  • Collaborating with projects and sales teams to review and produce drawings.

Essential requirements:

  1. A qualified engineer to HND or degree level (or equivalent).
  2. Familiarity with AutoCAD and design software PV Elite.
  3. Knowledge of pressure vessel fabrication processes, including welding and NDE.
  4. Strong project management skills.
