IT Project Manager Role

Tamworth, Hybrid Working

Up to £30,000 annual salary + Vehicle Allowance

This position requires a skilled IT Project Coordinator to enhance the company's IT support services. As part of this role, you will work on improving performance, managing changes, and implementing solutions. If you have experience in IT support and possess project management skills, this could be the ideal starting point for your IT career.

You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and project coordination across various departments, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Travel may be required, necessitating a valid driver's license, and a vehicle allowance will be provided.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  2. Technical expertise in IT and IT Governance
  3. Managing projects and facilitating changes
  4. Gathering requirements, creating documentation, planning, delivering, and testing projects
  5. Fostering stakeholder engagement and building business relationships
  6. Understanding CRM systems, data security, and IT best practices
  7. Familiarity with ITIL, PRINCE2, and Agile methodologies
