About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Extended Scope Physiotherapist to join our Fracture Clinic Team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeons to provide high-quality clinical care to patients with fractures and soft tissue pathologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide initial assessment and diagnosis of patients with musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans to ensure timely and effective recovery
- Work autonomously to deliver clinics and provide specialist management and advice
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols
Requirements
- Post-graduate qualifications relevant to the position
- Significant experience of managing patients with acute musculoskeletal conditions
- High-level clinical reasoning skills and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
