About Our Call Centre Advisor Role

We're looking for two results-driven individuals to join our call centre team, working evening and weekend shifts. As a Call Centre Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in building relationships with customers, providing product information, and securing appointments for our sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively with customers, and achieving targets. You'll work closely with our sales team to convert customer conversations into sales leads.

Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate with customers over the phone and online, providing product information and addressing their concerns
  2. Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and tailoring your approach accordingly
  3. Work collaboratively with the sales team to secure appointments and complete sales transactions
  4. Meet set targets by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of product knowledge
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in telesales, retail, estate agency, or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following direction and guidance

  • Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
