Business Development Representative

A role as a Business Development Representative has become available at our client, a well-established packaging manufacturer based in Norwich. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, queries, and orders from existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities- Retain and manage existing customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Receive customer orders/artwork/information and provide accurate information to relevant departments.
- Create job bags for production following strict process controls and distribute accurate information internally and externally to fulfil customer requirements.
- Cultivate new business opportunities by developing strong relationships with potential clients and identifying sales prospects.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Customer Service and a passion for delivering excellent levels of care. They should also have strong organisational skills, be able to prioritise workload and plan effectively, and have good IT and Microsoft office skills.
Requirements- Previous experience in a print environment or similar industry.
- A confident communicator with the ability to handle complex situations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ideally experience of New Project Development and Project Management.
