Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration and Communication: The successful applicant will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans, provide education and support to patients and their families, and maintain accurate patient records.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
