Eye Care Assistant Specialist Wanted:

We are currently seeking an experienced Eye Care Assistant Specialist to join our team at Greenstaff Medical. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work with a specialist healthcare staffing agency providing high-quality talent across the UK.

About the Position:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient care and supporting surgical procedures as a theatre nurse in ophthalmology. You will work closely with our team to ensure the well-being of patients and deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • A valid NMC Pin and completed preceptorship for newly qualified nurses
  • 6 months of experience as an Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse
  • A valid right to work in the UK (Sponsorship not provided)
  • Proof of vaccinations/immunity
  • An enhanced DBS check on the update service
  • Proof of Mandatory training aligned to the Skills for Health UK CSTF standards
  • 2x Clinical References

Remuneration and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £32,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including free uniform, free online training, and a cash referral bonus for any colleagues and friends you refer.
